Birthday Parties

Contact us so we can plan your child’s party today!

Rates start from £14 per child with a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 20 children.

Adult ratio depends on age of children, if aged 5+ 1:10, if under 5 years old parents may be asked to stay.

Parties will take place in a suitable local area where you can bring you own packed lunch or add on the educational experience of campfire cooking.

Birthday parties can be arranged on weekdays during school holidays, and Saturday and Sundays throughout the year (due to availability).

All parents of those attending must read the terms and conditions provided through our website.

All sessions are risk assessed and all staff hold a current enhanced DBS and relevant qualifications.

10 children – 2 hours – forest school experiences and toasting marshmallow – £140

10 children – 3 hours – forest school experiences – campfire cooking (pizza or hotdogs), party nibbles and toasting marshmallows – £180

What’s Next

Once a birthday party request has been received, we will get in touch and confirm our availability. 

All families that are attending MUST visit our website www.foresteers.co.uk and complete a Birthday Party Consent Form. It is the booking adults responsibility to ensure that all the children that are coming complete a consent form at least 24 hours in advance. Any child that does not may be refused on the day.

A 20% will be required on booking, this will be invoiced to you. 

The final 80% will be required 24 hours before.
